PROHIBITED THE USE OF VEHICLES ON ROADS WITH OUT ASPHALT!!

AGE REQUIREMENT: |
| Credit card holders, minimum age is 21 years, for cash renters minimum age is 23 years. |
|
DRIVER'S LICENSE: |
|
A valid driving license held for at least three year is required. |
| MINIMUM RENTAL: |
|
One day. At end of rental Car Rental allows a further period of 29 minutes free of charge after the time of pick up. After the 29 minutes grace period has expired, the renter will be charged a further full day. |
| INSURANCE: |
|
All authorized drivers of Car Rental vehicles are covered against fire and liability to third parties for death, injury or damage to property. |
| TRAFFIC FINES: |
|
Tickets and attached administrative sanctions resulting from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law during rental period are borne solely by the renter. |
| DEPOSITS: |
|
Cash deposits for estimated charges are required at the beginning of rental with a minimum of €120.00 daily. No deposit is required from Credit Card holders honored by Car Rental. |
| COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER : |
|
The renters liability for damage to the car rental vehicle as mentioned above, can be reduced, under the condition that the Greek Traffic Law will not be violated, to 500€ for groups A, B, C, 650€ for groups D, by paying 20€, for groups A,B,C and 35€ for group D per day respectively. |
| SUPER COVER: |
| With the payment of €20 per day for categories A, B, and C, €35 for categories D, the renter is fully covered from any legal liability for damage to the car (provided it is not due to violation of the Greek traffic Code) from liability for theft of the car, and from the incident administration fee. |
| ADDITIONAL DRIVER CHARGE: |
|
€5.00 per day. |
| REFUELLING SERVICE CHARGE: |
| 10€ per 1/8. |
| AVAILABILITY: |
|
All cars available for one way rentals, provided that such arrangement is made at the commencement of the rental and confirmed on the rental agreement. An extra charge may apply, please contact us. |
| TAXES: |
|
All rates are subjected to V.A.T. |
| COLLECTION / DELIVERY: |
| Every collection or delivery which does not take place at Car Rental office shall be charged at €15. |
| FERRYING THE CAR: |
|
Prohibited. |
| DAMAGES: |
|
The interior of vehicles, tires and glass are not covered by insurance. |
